This auction will be LIVE on site only at The Holbert Building, 9104 Courthouse Road,  Spotsylvania, VA 22553 on Saturday, October 31st, 2020 at 11:00AM. Registration will begin at 10:00AM.

Cash,cashier’s check, money order, personal check to be payable in full theday of the sale. The successful bidder shall deposit the bid price, a 15% buyer’s premium anda$125.00 fee for recordation of the deed with Virginia AuctionCo., Inc.  Each parcelwill require a minimum bid in the amount of $1500 per parcel or 50% of the parcel’s assessed value,whichever is greater.

The said Real Estate shall be sold ‘as is”,‘where is”in gross and not by the acre. And subject to ,without limitations, restrictions, conditions, easements, liens or encumbrances of record, possibleright of parties in possession, encroachments, overlaps, gaps and gores, deficiency in quantity,allquestions of boundaries, location and acreage, which a current and accurate surveyor woulddisclose, roadway, environmental and wetlands matters, unrecorded easements, matters whichwould be disclosed by an inspection of the premises, or any other matter of recordor not of record.
