 t\, Madison\, VA 22727 at 2 PM on June 29th\, 2023.  This auct
 ion is subject to auto-extend bidding. Online Bidding will r
 un simultaneously with the Live Auction! There is a 10% buy
 er's premium. Online Bidders: Deposits of 25% or $1\,000 (wh
 ichever is greater) and 10% buyer's premium is required no l
 ater than 4:30 pm on the day of the auction. In person bidde
 rs: Deposits of 25% or $1\,000 (whichever is greater) and 10%
  buyer's premium is required within seven (7) days following
  the close of the auction (no later than Thursday\, July 6\, 
 2023). Deposits shall not exceed $20\,000 per parcel. Balance
  is due within fifteen (15) days of the confirmation of the
  sale by the Court. All payments must be made by certified f
 unds\, cashier's check\, money order or wire transfer.  Cash 
 will only be accepted in person.  Personal checks will not
