This auction will open for bidding on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 at 10:00 AM and will begin to close on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

This auction is subject to auto-extend bidding.

There is a NO buyer's premium.

Properties sold for $3,000.00 or less require payment in full the day of the auction.

Properties sold for more than $3,000.00, deposits of 20% of the successful bid is required.

All payments must be made by certified check or cashier's check with balance due in ten (10) days also by certified or cashier's check.

Deposits/Payments for Lot 1 will be made with the Special Commissioner, Jason Alan Dunn, Esq. at 303 34th Street, Unit 6, Virginia Beach, VA 23454.

 Deposits/Payments for Lots 2 & 3 will be made with Virginia Auction Company at 3533 Pruden Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23434.
