This auction is subject to auto-extend bidding.

There is a 10% Buyer's Premium.

10% of Gross Selling Price is due with 2 hours of closing.

Balance is due upon closing, within 30 days of auction end date.

Deposit will be made at Virginia Auction Company, 3533 Pruden Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23434 via cash, cashier's check, money order, or wire transfer ($15.00 fee to be added for wire transfers - wire information will be provided at the close of auction).
