This auction will open for bidding on Thursday, February 26th, 2026 at 10:00 AM and will begin to close on Thursday, March 12th, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

This auction is subject to auto-extend bidding.

There is NO Buyer's Premium.

20% Deposit is required at the close of the auction. Balance is due within ten (10) days of the close of the auction.

For Lots 1-3, Deposits/Payments will be made with F. Sullivan Callahan, PLC at 327 Duke Street, Norfolk, VA 23510.

For Lots 4-8, Deposits/Payments will be made with Robert M. Reed at 555 E. Main Street 14th Floor, Norfolk, VA 23510.

For Lots 9-10, Deposits/Payments will be made with Jason A. Dunn, PLC. at 303 34th Street Unit 6, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
