This auction will be a timed to live auction from Thursday, June 25th, 2026 through Thursday, July 9th, 2026. The live auction will take place at the Mary Bethune Office Complex, 1030 Mary Bethune St. Suite 103, Halifax, VA 24558 @ 10:00 AM.

This auction is subject to auto-extend bidding.

Online Bidding will run simultaneously with the Live Auction!

There is a 10% buyer's premium.

Deposits of 20% or $2,000 (whichever is greater) and 10% buyer's premium is required within five (5) days following the date of sale.

Balance is due within fifteen (15) days of the confirmation of the sale by the Court by certified check.

All payments must be made by wire transfer, cash, good check, bank certified check or money order. Time is of the essence.

Deposits/Payments will be made with the Special Commissioner, N. Reid Broughton, Esq. at P.O. Box 2009 Christiansburg, VA 24068.
