This auction will open for bidding on Thursday, August 20th, 2026 @ 10:00 AM and will begin to close on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 @ 10:00 AM.

This auction is subject to auto-extend bidding.

There is NO Buyer's Premium.

A deposit of 20% is required at the close of the auction. The balance is due in ten (10) days.

Lots 1-8: Deposits/Payments will be made with Jason A. Dunn, PLC. at 303 34th Street Unit 6, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.

Lots 9-13: Deposits/Payments will be made with James J. Reid, Esq. at 12610 Patrick Henry Dr., Suite D, Newport News, VA 23602. 

Lots 14-22: Deposits/Payments can be made online at https://www.suffolkezpay.us/#/ or by certified or cashier's check with Andrew Owen, City of Suffolk Treasurer at 442 W. Washington St., Suffolk, VA 23434, within 2 hours of close of auction.
