This auction will open for bidding on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 at 10:00 AM and will begin to close on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

This auction is subject to auto-extend bidding.

There is a 10% Buyer's Premium.

Properties shall be paid in full the day of the sale by cash, cashier's check, money order, or wire transfer. The successful bidder shall deposit the bid price and a 10% buyers premium within 2 hours of the close of the auction.

Payments will be made at Virginia Auction Company, 3533 Pruden Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23434 - or wire transfer ($15.00 fee to be added for wire transfers - wire information will be provided at the close of auction)
