The terms of the sale: cash, cashier’s check, money order, personal check to be payable in full the day of the sale. The successful bidder shall deposit the bid price, a 15% buyer’s premium and a $125.00 fee for recordation of the deed with Virginia AuctionCo., Inc. Each parcel will require a minimum bid in the amount of $1500 per parcel or 50% of the parcel’s assessed value, whichever is greater. The said Real Estate shall be sold ‘as is”,‘where is”in gross and not by the acre.
